What's included with the picnic hire?

We provide rugs, cushion seating, paper plates, napkins, drinking glasses or cups, straws and table decor.

Do you provide food?

No we do not provide food with our equipment hire, but if you would like us to recommend a caterer, we can certianly help

We currently offer our most popular luxury blush and gold theme. We also offer

• Movie, red & gold theme
• Halloween spook-tacular, pink, black & orange theme! If there is a particular theme you want, please do speak with us to see if we can accomodate a bespoke theme.

How much space do we need for 1 picnic table?

Our tables are 1.2 metres (L) by 60cm (W) For hiring 1 table seating 6 guests, we usually need approximately 1.5 metres by 1.5 metres space, to make space for the seating area each side. For hiring 1 table seating 8 guests, we usally need approximately 2 metres (L) by 1.5 metres space (W) to make space for the seating area each side and at the end

How much space do we need for 2 or more picnic table?

Our tables are 1.2 metres (L) by 60cm (W) When hiring more than 1 of our picnic tables, we can set them up in different ways to suit your room size/shape. 2 picnic tables can seat a maximum of 14 guests when put together or 16 guests when seperated. We can discuss your requirements and offer advise before booking if you wish.

What happens if it's raining on the day I want an outdoor picnic

We appreciate that the weather is often unpredicatable, our picnic tables are not waterproof. We would suggest having a 'plan b' in place where we can setup either under a suitable cover eg a marquee/gazebo, indoors, or we can move your booking to another available date.

What extras do you offer?

We can offer our tipi chill out corner to accompany your picnic setup, these are £30 per tipi which are beautifully decorated with rugs, cushion and decor to suit your theme

Yes we have product and public liability with Hiscox insurance
