SHIPPING AND
RETURNS

Please note that we use Royal Mail services who on occasion will impose postal strikes and have some delays. Please keep up to date with their latest news here and we apologise for any delay in your order reaching to you.

Shipping

We currently use Royal Mail to ship our orders. We do not ship orders on weekends or on bank holidays.

We offer free delivery on orders over £40.00 on second class postage only (You must enter the FREESHIP40 code at checkout to benefit from this offer) Please note that this is not a tracked service and this is only available on standard second class shipping option.

We do recommend our customers opting for express postage options such as Signed For or Tracked with your order. Standard shipping orders cannot be traced, in the event of an order going missing or delayed, we are not responsible for the order once they have been dispatched.

Shipping in Europe & Rest of the World

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, custom duties and taxes, once it reaches your destination country. It is the responsibility as the customer to check these before ordering, these charges are not the responsibility of Glamavan Franchise Limited or Glamaglitter Limited. Please check these prior to ordering.

Delivery times for international shipping may be longer and vary based on destination and time of year.

Returns

The best way to inform us of a product you would like to return is via email at customerservices@glamavan.com and quote your order number.

Whilst you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.

The products must be unopened/unused and must be returned in its original form.

They must be in a saleable condition, we can not offer refunds or exchanges on items that are not re-saleable.

You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have requested the item to be returned.

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:

  • Bespoke items

  • Gift vouchers

  • Downloadable items

  • Items bought on Sale

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of the return shipping if you are returning from outside of the UK.

You have a maximum of 14 days from date of purchase to make returns, after this period we are unable to accept returns.

Refunds

Once your item/s have been returned to us, we will carry out an inspection on the products. If your returned item is satisfactory we will process the amount to be credited back to you via the method of payment you used to pay for the item. Any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible.
